Today may be #wcw but it’s also my wonderful Moma’s Birthday! 🥳 She always does so much for others but on this day we celebrate HER!🌹 I told her that these two tornado grandkidlets were her present but I don’t think she’s buying it 🙈🤣Happy Bornday Moma!! 🎊🎉🎁🎂
💥6 WEEK TRANSFORMATION💥 . For many, transformation means weight loss or a ‘before and after’ photo showing physical changes over a period of time (I LIVE for B& A’s btw!🙌🏾) . But it’s not just appearance that can transform - this vid shows my 6 week ‘transformation’ on one of the moves in the 20 minute workout program I’ve been doing with @bhteamuk and our private support group - we’re in the final week and I’ve compared me from week 1 to me in week 6 - I’m faster, fitter and more confident in my ability. I haven’t lost much weight but my overall wellness has improved tenfold! 👌🏾💯 . Weight and inches are only two ways to measure Transformation - speed, strength, agility and overall body confidence can also show you how much you’ve progressed! 🙌🏾 ...and I’m not done! Next round starts on Monday and I wanna get even faster!! You joining me?! 📩📥

Getting up every morning at 5am to workout before the kidlets wake up 😴 feeling tired AF is HARD!🤦🏽‍♀️ . Staying in the same place, not reaching my goals and feeling unhappy in myself is also HARD! 🤦🏽‍♀️ . You can do HARD things...just choose the ones that will reward you the most! 💪🏾💥
Might eat the whole tub then stay up until 10pm (if I don’t pass out beforehand)🤷🏾‍♀️My Saturday night’s lit fam 😎🍦🤣 . #mumlife #saturdaynightfever #halotop
