I can honestly say that I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the festive season in 2018! We spent time with both mine and hubs’ family, enjoyed time just the 4 of us and ate all the food and drank all the drink too 🥧🍷😋
My cup is full to the brim with love, happiness and Cadbury’s! 🙈 🤣
I haven’t deprived myself not even once (if you watch my IG stories @kerrysfitlife then you KNOW this 🙋🏽♀️😄) and I have enjoyed every single mouthful – I did workout over the Christmas period but as I’ve said before, that my time for ME – my thank you to myself and my body for allowing me to move, so skipping workouts doesn’t feel like a treat to me. But, I’m starting to feel a bit sick of food and a little bloated! 🤭
My next online Bootcamp starts on the 7th of January (Prep Week) and our BRAND NEW programme with 20 minute workouts plus, working on our mental fitness, on the 14th with my sis and our group of ladies – we are going for IT! Laser-focused on our nutrition, fitness, mindset and supporting each other along the way!
Now, I’m going in to 2019 with a clear plan of action, knowing the exact areas I want to work on and what I need to do to achieve the crazy arse scary goals I’ve set myself for the year ahead – and I’m excited AF to see what happens when I get to work! 🔥
My main goal is to advance my online health and fitness business to Star Diamond Rank – I’ve put it out there and although I’m shitting myself at exposing it to the world, the fear and being uncomfortable will galvanise me into getting to work!!
I also want to improve my nutrition – I want to get cut!! I’ve had two babies in the last 2.5 years and now I want to be totally selfish with my body and get it into optimum health and shape for ME! 💪🏾
Thirdly, I want to read or listen to a minimum of 30 mins personal development a day – this is where I have fallen short in my business and it’s something I will work hard on sticking to, going forward.
Spending these last few days reviewing and reflecting and finding areas where you’ve excelled and those you can do better can be cathartic and will help set you up for a successful year ahead!
Do you take time at the end of the year to reflect? If not, can you think of any aspect of your life as it currently stands, that could work and improve on? I would highly recommend doing so…and if you do, let me know how you get on! 💖
