But it’s not just appearance that can transform - this vid shows my 6 week ‘transformation’ on one of the moves in the 20 minute workout program I’ve been doing with @bhteamuk and our private support group - we’re in the final week and I’ve compared me from week 1 to me in week 6 - I’m faster, fitter and more confident in my ability. I haven’t lost much weight but my overall wellness has improved tenfold! 👌🏾💯 .
