It’s 2nd April 2018, I’m 7 Weeks post-partum after having my second baby and it’s time to start fitnessing again!
Last time, when I had Lil Dumpling, I put off starting back on my fitness journey again until I was 10 weeks postpartum. I think this was mainly due to the fear of failing (not reaching my goals) and because I was embarrassed by how my body looked after my first pregnancy.
Totally crazy, right?
But this time, I have a lot more respect and love for this body, what it has done and what it’s capable of so it’s time to start repaying it by looking after it correctly.
2 Weeks Post-Partum after Second Baby
So for the next 14 weeks, I’ll be committed to working out for 25 minutes a day, 5 days a week and dialled in nutition to get my health and fitness back on track. I’ll be using one of my all-time favourite workout programs, Focus T25 as I did before because I KNOW it works!
After today’s workout though, I also know I have A LOT of work to do but I’m ready for it! It won’t be easy but it’ll be worth it!
